Jesse’s complimenting combination of formal qualifications (in Engineering, Manufacturing and Finance) coupled with practical experience gained from owning and operating several businesses has fostered the development of a skillset specialising in the solving of unique and often complex problems arising from a customer’s financial requirements and relative to their specific constraints.
Throughout his years of finance-sector experience, Jesse has been recognised for his success within the industry on several occasions, including being awarded ‘Business of the Year – Sole Operator’ for consecutive years by Choice Aggregation Services, and ranking within the industry’s annual top 30 brokers, amongst various other accolades. He considers his greatest achievement to date however, to be the ongoing relationships he has built with customers and referral partners alike.

Jesse is a big believer in giving back to the industry that has provided him with opportunities like no other. He has personally trained and mentored several new to industry individuals, nurturing them into skilled and knowledgeable advisors and business owners, and is passionate about seeing the industry continue to grow.
This experience has lead to Jesse’s involvement in the development and implementation of Vie’s very own intensive mentoring program, the mandatory training that each and every Vie advisor must successfully complete prior to being approved to work with any Vie customers.
As an accredited ‘Associate Credit Advisor,’ Jesse has been recognised as a valued member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA), the main professional body for mortgage brokers in Australia, since joining in 2010.
